In medium bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, onion, celery and tuna.

Add dressing, salt and pepper and toss to coat.

Cover and chill at least 1 hour or until serving time.

*Zucchini can be substituted for the cucumber.

Serving idea:
Slice two cucumbers (or zucchini) in half, scoop out the insides and serve the prepared salad in the hollowed out shell.
